Any airline may change its price without notice. We hold the right to cancel your reservation if full payment is not made on time.

In case of a cancellation or no-show, you may be entitled to a refund. Where you are eligible for a refund, you can request flightotickets customer service team to help you get the refund from the respective airline. Our agent shall submit your request to the airline on your behalf.

flightotickets may offer you the opportunity to book a reservation for a combination of two one—way tickets in place of a roundtrip ticket. In this manner, you get a greater choice of flights, flight rates that often cheaper. The tickets can be combined on the same airline or on different airlines. Each one-way ticket is issues with its own rules, restrictions, and fees. If one of these flights is affected by any change (e.g. cancellation or rescheduling), causing a Customer to make changes to the other flight, the customer shall be responsible for any penalty fee incurred for making changes to the unaffected flight.

For certain low-cost airlines, the price of your flight has been converted from a different currency to provide you an estimate of the amount of the purchase in your local currency. This can lead to a difference in the amount charged to your credit card by the airline due to currency fluctuations

Sort Order

The website allows sort options for the travelers to help them find the perfect hotel, flight, and car rental. You can search results in accordance to your preference based on price, verified review score, or other criteria. If you don’t select any option, we will show a range of relevant options in the search results, based on the following criteria:

• Flights: Our default sort order showcases the lowest price first. In cases where there are two flights showing the same price, the shorter flight is listed first.
• Accommodation: Our default sort order selects the properties for you in accordance to your search criteria. This enables you to quickly and easily find the offer that is right for you. We take into account factors like a property’s location, its review scores, the popularity of the property (based on how many travelers on our sites make bookings at that property), the competitiveness of the property’s rates and availability, price, and star rating. All these factors are taken into consideration to showcase a range of hotels to match your chosen search criteria.

You understand that the room rates displayed on our website is a combination of the pre-negotiated room rate for rooms reserved on your behalf by flightotickets.com. You authorize flightotickets.com to book hotel for the total reservation price, which includes the room rate displayed on the website, tax recovery charges, service fees, as well as taxes on flightotickets’s services. You accept to the condition that your credit card will be charged by flightotickets for the total reservation price.

flightotickets doesn’t act as co-vendors with the suppliers with whom we book or reserve our customer's travel arrangements. Taxability and the appropriate tax rates may also vary by location. The actual tax amounts paid by our company to the hotel suppliers may differ from the tax recovery charge amounts, based upon the rates, taxability, etc. in effect at the time of the actual use of accommodation by our customers. We keep service fees as additional compensation in servicing your travel booking. Service fee retained by flightotickets.com is different for different types of hotel reservation.

You are allowed to cancel or change your hotel reservation, but you shall be charged the cancellation or change fee as mentioned in the rules and restrictions for the hotel reservation. In case you do not cancel or change your reservation before the cancellation policy period aforementioned by the hotel you have reserved (usually 24 to 72 hours prior to your date of arrival), you will be subject to a penalty fee equal to applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees. In case you do not show up for the first night of the reservation and decide to check-in for subsequent nights in your reservation, you must confirm us the changes with no later than the date of the first night of the reservation to prevent cancellation of your reservation.

You accept to make payment for any change or cancellation fees that you incur. In some cases, a hotel may permit changes to or cancellations of reservations once they are made (as per the rules and restrictions of that particular hotel). You agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions imposed with respect to your hotel reservations.

In certain jurisdictions, sales and use and/or local hotel occupancy taxes are included on the amounts that we charge for our services (service fee and/or facilitation fee). The actual tax charges on our services may not be the same depending on the rates in effect at the time of your hotel stay.

In case, you are making a booking using a US-issued card with a non-US merchant, your bank may impose a fee for cross border or international transaction. Also, booking an international travel may be regarded as an international transaction by your bank or card company as we may pass your card details to an international travel supplier to be charged.

Some banks and card companies may charge fees for currency conversion. On making a booking in any other currency than the currency of your credit card, your credit card company may convert the booking amount to the currency of your credit card and impose conversion fee. The currency exchange rate and foreign transaction fee is decided solely by your bank.
